Caleb Burnett
Meet Jorden, our HOPE-ster for April - Caleb.
Caleb was born at 29 weeks and at 3 months old he went into heart failure due to cardiomyopathy. He battled through that only to have a progressive neurological condition that is impacting the muscles he uses to breath. Caleb now uses a vent at night with oxygen and is in and out of the hospital often. Despite his challenges, he stays positive and is one adventurous little dude!
